Default Making History??

GUESS WHAT FELLAS?
I got the Micro-T board to work on an xmods EVO!!!:vader:
I wired in the 5pin servo plus to the xmods servo(stock) and the POT.
The only issue is the jitter, MK2 says you need to put in a resistor...tomorrow I'm hitting up RS for a 100 pack of them to test them out.

I will post a tutorial VERY soon.
I am very happy.
Wow, my 37t pattern wound arm RIPS on the Micro-T board..wow...you'll love it. .

REDSX, yes, I am so close to pattern winding, I can kinda do it now, thanks for all the help bud. =).
I know someone else did this before, but come on!!
That was last year I think...
This is '08.

I did a Gen1/MC-T hybrid. I think Whitie did a Evo/Mini-Z hybrid.

Yeah, Whitie planted the MR-02 board in the EVO if I'm correct?

I won't make admin on any xmods forums, probably none.
I don't think I have the right type of attitude..

It improves many things:
-Sweed and I both notice a dramatic increase of power.
-Sweed's car was ultra fast with a s2 and li-ions, I'm running a 37t "pattern wound" (lol) arm, with a copper fat comm, neo mags, etc...You'll hear it in my video.
-Well, once I get the resistor issue figured out, it should have a bit better steering, but I am not sure it'll be a lot better, it could be, I think in thoery it should.
-The motor runs a lot faster, well, the rpm catch is nuts.

You all, I won't use time for pics yet, when I finish it I'll just get a vid, and a few pics.
I have a vid, just need to upload it, then post it.
Thanks everyone.

Very nice, but I want pics

When you say your "close" to getting pattern winding down, whats holding you back? I have a feeling that your stuck with getting the right amount of winds on top of the first row (seeing as thats my most frusturating moment, lol). Just PM me if you need any help, or tips at all.

Only thing left now is a hand cut chassis, lol...

Later,
RedSXmodder

Pics will come, just need to upload XP.

Exactly.
Too many winds just spreading out around the first layer of winds, I can cram about 5 winds max onto the end of a pole, but then the winds start slipping and just layer out over the pole.

I'll PM you ina bit.
Handcut chassis??
Hmm...if my pops gets me a dremel, I might hit up DragonPlate

For pics.
I am making a tutorial for how to put it into the evo, so yeah, I don't want to wreck my plans.
Lol, the video should be ok.

Lol, then I'd have to swap everything....I already have one in my micro-t.
Hmm
About the chassis, I'll pass for now, I think I'll attempt my own.

Good man.

A WARNING TO ALL MODDERS:
Watch it when you put in hot motors, I don't recommend anything under 36t for the stock Micro-T board.

I'm getting a 2x3 stack worth of 8958 MOSFETS.
I was seriously thinking of ordering 2 sets, for a 2x6 stack lol.

I have enough money to do that, I might

I am able to stack the fets, I just need to know where each one goes

Or I might try to order a V3 from ausmicro...

Do you think you could make a wiring diagram or tut pretty soon, I just want to know how you did it.
