Default Xmod Body Question

(If this post is in the wrong area please re-direct )

Wsup all,

I have a couple xmod bodies that are really banged up (deep scratches, scratched paint etc.) Looks on the forum tried to find a tutorial on how to do body repair. I'm asking for suggestions and items needed on how to repair the body and re-paint the damaged bodies i bought of ebay =). The only way i can think of is from fixing body work on real cars. Sand down the body, use some body filler (Bondo), primer, wet sand, and of to paint. Is that the best way to go ? Any help is appreciated
