First you should clean it thoroughly. Something may be stuck somewhere causing it to bind. If the problem persists, you may just have shorted something. However, you should start simple and clean it before looking at anything electronical.

you can easily disassemble the xmod.. just take off the screws.. from the motor.. then you'll see 1 screw behind the motor spacer and 1 near the uhh axle or whatever that holds the knuckle thingy... and you'll get access to the gears. most likely it is the gear dirty.

If your car is only rwd.. all you need to do is remove 4 screws mainly.. if it is 4wd.. you have to disassemble front also which will take a while. rwd is 2 motors on screw and 2 small screws attach the motor mound thingy onto the gears part.

if you can provide pictures it would be great. 4wd, you need to disassemble front by taking away clip, the mud guard thingy and there will be 3 screws in front. also you need to remove the tie rod part.. total screws remove for front is 7.

First, use spell checker, because you type like a 6 year old (no offence).

Second, some sand/mud could have gotten into your diffs. and locked the gears. take out the batteries, and the motor, then take off the rear motor cradel, and see if anthing got stuck in between the gears. I have had this problem to many times, there is a sulotion to it, I'm going to be making a TUT. for it, soon.

If thats not your problem, you could have fried your board, if thats the case, theres no fixing it, unless you can solder good, and you have xmod FET's.

Or even if thats not the problem. Your motor could have gotten messed up, somehow. I've never really had a big problem with the motor when going through mud or water, but there are ways that mud or water can ruin or clog the motor. San/mud ca mess up the motor brushes somehow.

Read that, and tell me if you think thats correct ?? Its basic spelling and grammar that is wrong. You could have easily said, "RWD is stock, 4WD, driveshaft going from the rear diff. to the front diff.."

Edit: I have just taken apart my Hummer, and I've noticed a couple places where mud, sand, or small rocks can get into, and stop the drivetrain from moving at all. The rear and front diff. (the things the dogbones go into in the chassis, not the wheels axles) can easily be stoped by basicly anything that gets in there.

well, not like i really need some lessons of "spelling and grammar" everyone can be wrong something about those stuff. anyways back on topic.
most easy place to get sand is the rear and front diff gears and the motor gearings also thats where i have goten sand in my Xmods during simple off roading etc.
