My ex-neighbor had a white WRX STi, he didn't even know what the STi meant until I told him. He used to be a Civic-ricer at one point, so I only assumed.

No, only/usually ricers. Sorry if you took that directly, as most ricers drive Civics/Tegs... But that doesn't mean that all Civic/Teg owners are ricers though...

No scam intended. What I was suggesting is asking someone in the UK to go out and buy a car on your behalf, then posting it over for you. Obviously postage would be incurred, so that would have to be paid to the person sending you the car, and thus they would get this refunded.
It was meant as an aid to forum members, sorry if it is causing offence.
