Went to the hobby store

Now I've got a CF tube so I can make a driveshaft.

And the motor/servo, the HS-81.

Its obviously bigger than the HS-55, so I hope it works better -_-

Hmm I think I should buy a truck chassis, seen a lot of trucks done and they look really cool. this is one awesome looking crawler.

Edit: also think I should try to put the truck lower arms and suspension on my rally TC.

You never dissappoint. It's going past "decent" pretty fast. I'm debating on putting an HS-55 in my project, but for steering

Edit: If you wanna pay shipping I can send you a couple of CF rods that just need some fine grit sandpaper and are good to roll.

Got the CF driveshaft done

First a styrene prototype.

Then the actual thing. It actually works pretty well, so I'm pleased

Haha, yeah... Procrastination at its best.

I realized I didn't have an antenna. So, as a fix, I used some wiring from a CAT5 ethernet cable, bundled it up, and used it as my antenna. This way, I wouldn't have to drill a hole into the body.
