fyi, you dont really want to lower your chassis, they already sit low to the ground, you want to concentrate on Center of gravity, and tuned suspension. So the only thing you want to lower is your body and weight. Just a tip.

What you have to understand light is not always better. The new bodies are lighter so i would not buy a mini z body. The first thing i would do is buy bearings then a used mini z board the iwaver ones just suck.If you go AWD i would buy a perfect shaft and GPM cvds from atomic then go from there. What guys don't tell you about the mini z ma-010 is if you go that way you still have to buy knuckles, cvds & and after a few races a blue chassis. All the parts i listed break but it is a better car then the evo.It should be cause it's a 100 dollars more then the evo. I like the evo because how the chassis is laid out.So i don't mind that i have to put a mini z board in it.Hope this helps

the iwaver boards are still much better than the evo boards.
track cars are all about bringing the weight from the top to the bottom of the car so it can handle better.
a RWD car needs more rear traction, so you'd shift the batt pack rearward. a fwd needs more front traction, so shift the batt pack forward. AWD has traction, but tends to spin in xmods, so shift the batt pack back a bit.

just in case that was directed at me. what i ment by the only thing you want to lower is your weight, i ment lower it closer to the ground, not lower it as in the numbers meaning lighter.

it was not directed at you.i was not talking about the body but about the chassis.atleast the new xmod bodies are lighter then the old ones.the reason i say get a mini z board is that i had 3 iwavers and they all went boom!!!!
