Default Really Rough Stop Motion

Anyone know how to keep your movements smooth, but slow them down? I am using Windows Movie Maker.

the more pictures you take with the smallest movements the more smooth it will be.

to slow it down, click the clip in WMM, and drag it longer so it takes more time.

Toy cars are the easiest but transformers toys are fun to. Legos building themselves and then getting destroyed by toy cars are my favorites. Here are my two animations on youtube. The toy car racing was my first and the MT one is more recent. I also have ones on my camera that I have watched on my camera that are like 3 minutes each with no titles or effects.
MT was taken with newer cam and toy car was taken with older one.
