Check all your wireing, and check the cells. If you use different cells, that may be the problem. Use all of the same size, and you should get rid of the problem. (Cell size may also be the discharge size. (mAh.))

Yes. You will have no issues, or at least you shouldn't. If you get heat issues, you have bad cells, or you need to tune your driving skills.

First off cell size is determined by the dimensions (aa, aaa,) and cell CAPACITY is determined by mah...which has nothing to do with the size of the cell. If different mah cells are used the lower rated cells will run out sooner and the higher rated cells will then have to discharge into the lower ones as well as try to power the board which will cause excessive heat.

And..why would this get locked???

My apologies completely. I was referring to misleading information myself while typing these posts, so it relayed onto here.. Seems as if you are correct ZX9RBART. Sorry for the confusion.

That was just a thought that crossed my mind because every time I turn around, a moderator is locking a thread because of a member "arguing" with a moderator.

You or anyone can argue with me all you want..I'm not on a mod power trip (and dont really know of anyone current who is), and I wasnt trying to pick on you...just wanted the correct info to be the end net result.

RodsRUs; that was really uncalled for. Unlike you, I do not put down newer members to the forum. Although I may be a new member here on Xmodsource, and made one little slip up, I have yet to see you make anything custom, and all your seem to be is a major poster. I have gone through and read all of the threads that you have started, and not one is anything about something you have created.

I'm not fully sure how this forum works, as of yet, but it could just be that your threads where you actually did something productive got deleted because of old age. But until you can show me something in a thread where you did not put down any member, in anyway, I will be amazed. So until that day, you have no reason to call me a noob, or anyone else a noob.
