Default DO NOT TRY It at HOME!!! without adult supervision.

Basically, I used to create ceramic artwork.

I will have to make a clay mold of the car itself, after I wrap it in cellophane.

Then I drop it in a box and pour clay over it to make the inside mold.
After it dries, I make the second mold which will be the actual car.

Then after the clay car dries, I start plying on the clay to make the body mold.

Having the car mold under the new clay will make it possible to know when the body shape will clash with the car.

As for the next part, it gets hot...

Finding the best plastic to use as a car body is the next job.

Make a frame for it and put it aside for the next part.

Then get a really good hair blower (multiple temperature).

Find out the molting point of the plastic.

Put the finished body mold on a (screen) grate plate with a vacuum underneath.

After the plastic is hot but not melting, place it over the final body mold and turn on the vacuum, which sucks the molten plastic over the body, creating a body shape.

Default Plastics

Thanks
I'll look into it.

I have discovered that gluing my tires put about 30% more speed on the road...
