BLT's Collection...so far...

Hey everyone!!
Well, I only have 2 running cars atm, I will get pics up of my others ASAP.
To start it off, my Micro-T Gen1:
Specs:
-Micro-T board.
-18G Superflex wires to motor(soldering by me)
-LiPo pack-1000mAh, by me
-Custom motor: atomic-tuned arm, standard Atomic mags, silver brushes, auldey bb can.
-GPM: front knuckles, front cup joints, front cvds, rear cup joints.
-Micro-T servo
-Custom Supra body(hacked)

I hacked the Supra to make it a "convertible" so it would fit the micro-t board okay.

ROFL it sucks if you see the sides where the windows are, still kinda cool IMO.
To fit the micro-t board, 30 mins tops.
Thats w/o plans etc...
When i taped it down soldered on wires and electric taped it down finally it was around half an hour.

It's not even running yet, I'll get my diffs in from Oramac next week, so it'll run.
I'd expect it to go about 30 tops, probably 25 tops, it has 8T gearings, it's my drifter, with the drift kit on now, i will go get some vids of me drifting it at InsideLine Racing when I go.

i agree with u it suckes lol.... ....but i think it wouldn't look so so bad while its driving (i think.. )it it wasn't 4 the micro-t's this would be a really nice supra. nice supra btw (i think ).

It no longer has a micro-t board.
It will have an Xtra Speed ESC and a Mini-X receiver.

In case you don't know what those are, it's a hobby-grade setup for a conversion, so I can drive my 13t motor.

sweet. does it drive any faster than it did with the micro-t board or u didn't really test it out?

Dude I don't even have the parts yet lol.
Lemme tell you, it'll be a quick little runner, no doubting there..
The micro-T board can only do so much, I don't want to run it with a 13t motor.

but burning boards is the fun part

I've probably burnt through 7-8 stock xmod boards, and a Mamba 25 (I did'nt really fry it, it litteraly started on fire...

Streamline, well I am awaiting to receive my Mini-X receiver.
Then the HardCore Hobbies chassis.
I still need to get GPM blue front/lower arms.

Then, I need to get a lipo charger off all-battery and a Kokam 340 pack off an RC site, for 15 bucks.
I liked VD's setup, thought I might try a bit of what he used in my car/mamba xmod XP.

Well, in the project streamline thread, I posted new pics...of what I have so far...

No point in typing an essay just to comment that you have a nice supra, but if thats how you want it I guess I should of put Golly Jee thats a real neato surpa you got there Blt. It must of taken some work to make the micro t board fit, super job!
