top of my head sounds like maybe a receiver/crystal problem ??

next time it does that, instead of turning the car off, just pull out the crystal on the car and plug it back in while the car and receiver are still on. if it works id say your crystal is shot ..

i had it happen to me once, i just changed crystals and all was fine ..

Did you recharge your batteries all the way? Or do you have new batteries each time?

If not, something may be binding and making your motor work harder, hence running down the batteries faster. I think.

soulds like something might be wrong with your remote. try replacing the remot battery or checking the switch slider to make sure it's pushing the switch right.

try new fresh batterys in the remote and car. Are both antennas screwed in tightly?

wtf im having problems posting again, so this is going ot be a double post for awhile since icant edit my previous...

but also check the batterys, sometimes they pop down and so you lose your power, and picking your car up to turn it off and back on, would probably push them back into place with out even knowing it.

theres evidence
might be gear mesh
try putting a square of elec tape under your motor and tighten down. see if that helps
