New to XMods New Xmods added!
I just began the Xmod hobby. So far i have a white supra with white pvc drift tires (cut myself) and a stock skyline. AWD kits are on the way!
       The supra has all white tires now, just didnt want to take a new pic. If anyone has pointers on drifting let me know! Last edited by Azngtboi88; 02-24-2007 at 12:17 AM..

the tires are intersting and probablly a great idea, you should invest in some bearings next, not too bad of a start, wish I had a white Supra!!!

Hey thanks guys, yea i was wanting to get into 1/18th scale drifting, but way too expensive lol. I got the skyline and supra with stg 2 engines for $50 shipped! A great deal i think. The tires were an idea from 1/18th scale drifting. They work great so far!! I cant wait to get the awd kit then i will really start to drift!
Ill let you all know how the tires work out! If anyone needs a set I cant cut up a bunch of them for cheap Oh and if anyone has a passenger side skyline mirror please let me know! mine is broken Last edited by Azngtboi88; 02-23-2007 at 11:36 PM..

I hav always wanted to do a white supra with white wheels, never thought to do the tires too, when I eventualy get one I'll give that a try.

Try the xmods bodies section at AtomicMods!
Just a tip, take your side-mirrors off when you're driving/drifting! Then put them back on when you're ready to store them on a shelf!

Well no i bought the skyline with a broken passenger mirror lol. Im trying to keep the skyline as clean as possible so i dont drift with that one.

that's pretty cool. I remember an old thread on an xmod site that says how to do that. After teh AWD kit, I would suggest that you get bearings and maybe tight turns. BTW, Welcome to XMS!

Do bearings make a big difference? I wont be racing anyone so i wont really care for speed, I just want to have fun drifting it around my dorm

go to Radio Shack and get the mirrors, they are only $3.?? shipped, be sure to specify color though!!!

a local Radio Shack store, if one says that they cant order the stuff, try another one, they can order it but sometimes the employee will be too busy to put that type of an order in (or at least that is the case around here sometimes)!!!
