You payed 27 bucks on a model Civic?

I knew gas prices affected resale values on cheap econocars, but jeez...

Looks good, fits well. I suggest painting the windows (from the inside) black, and making some side window if your not doing an interior if your going to sell it. Makes the car look better/more like something you see off the shelf from RS.

That's what I did on the Buick, and IMO it adds a nice touch over all as opposed to clear windows and no side glass that shows only the ugly chassis. I used an old clear plastic piece from the xmods upgrade kit, and painted it black on one side. It won't stick the 1st few times, but being heavy on the coats is OK since the paint quality on the painted side won't matter. Then I used a sheet of paper to make a template in the car window, traced it onto the painted plastic, and cut and glued.

Sad to see that the body broke like that. Be sure to paint both the door handles black along with the rear wing to keep the flow of the theme going. You may also want to paint the side markers (turn signal lights) on the fenders an amber shade as well. It has turned out better than I thought so far.

nice work. a bummer about the a-pillar i used to own a hatch it was a good car but unfortunately i had to sell it but at least i sold it to a friend but great work on the model if there is enough room under the body i would relocate the batt pack to the top of the chassis so it looks sorta real. if you are going to sell it i might buy it

the really sad part is if i twist the body it can be a convertible, it broke on the line from when it was molded. its not finished, still needs work, but this is the way i want it to look

Lower the front end. Sittin' pretty high right now.

Stinks the body broke, but you should be able to fix it relatively easily. Nothing superglue won't fix!

yeah i know it needs to be a little lower in the front, the bad part is the front mount is superglued in place

im trying model glue right now if that dont work superglue is next

When you goto glue the windows in, glue the roof pillars to the window for support. Should also pull them back in place.

Looks pretty good so far. Glad the windows worked
