Thanks Kyle, I saw someone done it on a model kit forum, and just wanted to try it out, and it actually worked out pretty good.

Thanks B, at first I though I was just gonna leave it grey, but it looks way to plain, so I decided to throw some black on it.

Update: Got a Hi-Lift jack!

As said on Scale, looks great man. In a few weeks we may have a GTG with everything from micros to Supers(1/8 scale) out in Central Park if you're interested, we still haven't picked any dates yet(I'm out on the island) but I figured I'd letcha know because I'd LOVE to see this in person!

Are you sure the jack is painted? It appears to be soiled with your blood.

The motor I have is the stock motor from the Losi micro crawler.

Thanks Ian, is there a thread about this on scale4x4? Because I'm interested and want more information about it, but I'm not sure I can be there though. Central Park is a little far from me, but I'll see if my parent can take me there. But again, definitely want more info on this.

I don't see it mentioned before.. what's the initial asking price?

The more detail you add the better it looks. Keep it up!

Cheers,
Kyle

Central park is far from me too and no nothing on Scale yet we still need to decide dates. Most of us are from Long Island(myself included) and well I can't drive so I'll probably get driven to the train station then either one of my parents would take the train in to the city. One of my buddies down on the south shore said central park has some really nice rock areas(he has a Honcho). But the truggy looks good! Nice rope, I need to make one and I'm guessing you made the fire extinguisher also?

Update: The Hilux is back from death! Have been doing some serious off-roading with this truck and the paint is getting a little scratches here and there, so I though why not gave it a new paint job? Also switch back to the stock LMC wheels to give it a higher clearance, but those wheels won't stay for long...

And the rims and tires that I will be getting.

Update: Deiced to take the axles apart and clean it up, so far I've only cleaned the front axle.

After cleaned...

Front axle.

Rear axle that still needed to be clean.

I used soap + water + small tooth brush. It's not easy to clean, but they works.

Update: New shoes! Body have been clear coated! Added mud flaps!

Rear window trim.
