HPI website

I went on the HPI japan website and found they still see the gen 1s in japan, and they have white NSX and WTI, silver 350z and a mercades benz macaren (idk how to spell it) Anyone have any of these cars? Or seen them. If u dont believe me go to HPI.com and click japan as ur country.

I think this kind of goes in with this topic. Anybody been to www.xmods.uk.com it's kind of sad cuz you see the cars that we didn't get. I emailed them about availability of cars and possibilities of shipping to the U.S. but who knows.

from the looks of it, UK didn't get all the xmods either. Some must have been in Japan only. Hawkskater, see if you can contact the Japanese HPI to buy xmods and have them sent to you. Looks like the Fujitsubo Subaru is the only one not available. It has red highlighting on it. That's hard to find, you have to go to the Japanese site, then xmods over on the right, that brings up Evo xmods, then at the very bottom, it says just Xmods, with a camaro and a mustang. So that's how to get there, but that portion isn't in English, when you click on the English option the xmods tab goes away.

they don't have all of them but well http://www.xmodded.co.uk/ look through the gallery i saw this subbie that looks crazy and some other ones
i think in uk they don't play wen it comes to modifications and paint jobs mabye not as good as some there but o well

i cant order an xmod from the HPI Japan website cause most of the text is question marks, and japaneses. If anyone has a friend in japan then u could get all those xmods.

Hmm, I must have been assuming that Japanese kids don't speak english, which is probably wrong, because it seems that many countries teach english in school. anyway, I figured that some kids of military people stationed in Japan, Navy or whatever, coud hook us up. But if nobody knows anyone, then it's no use, besides, they probably don't have the money to do it.

I got the Mclaren Mercedes SLR and the HPI Subaru Impreza from the UK via my parents.

I got the Fujitsubo Impreza from Hong Kong.

I also picked up a few of the gen1 that are now difficult to get in the US again from my parents in the UK, e.g. the Vette, the White NSX, Orange 350Z and the silver Supra body.

Wasn't there that guy who got booked for street racing a Viper in a new neighborhood who was exported to Japan to live with his dad, who was some kind of Naval officer? I think he drives a Mustang with an RB26 in it...

Oh, yeah. That's the guy. I don't know him personally, but I'm dating his ex-girlfriend, maybe she can find his number and he can hook us up. She was living over there for a while too, but she's an orphan so she doesn't really have family over there. She was staying with a kind of weird family over there that was involved in some less that legal stuff, but they've since had a falling out, something about a race and her other ex losing. Anyway, I'll see if she can get his number. She says he should still be at that number because since he won the race he didn't have to leave town.
