Default Freerunning Anyone?

Hey guys,

Just wondering, are there any freerunners on the forum? Besides me?

I have a mixture of Parkour and Free Running mainly because Parkour is not competitive and it is also where free running came off from it. Free Running is competitive and thats where I don't like it so I may do the little bit of free Running but I stick to saying I do Parkour just cause some people might take **** the wrong way.
I'm not so big but heres a list of stuff I can remember doing :
Tic Tac
Speed vault
Lazy vault
Dash Vault
Reverse vault
Monkey Vault
Kong Vault
Kash Vault
Wall Running
I'm working on wall spins
Vault
Cat Leap
Roll
Climb
Gap Jump
Precision
Barrell Vault
Underbar Vault
Pop Vault
Handstands etc
Back Flip

Also I fail most flips that envolve going forward
The trouble nowdays is doing the harder vaults that distribute from the main oness.
Umm Might add to list later Im to tired as I just got back from holiday.

Peace,
Shallows

WTF? Is there even any such thing? Nope. I am doing a wall run in a an L shape. Like run from a 90* angle wall to a 90* angle wall. VERY HARD. I can achieve 4 steps in this way.....

I really want to make this the official freerunning thread. As freerunners it is our duty to spread the sport. It is not very popular around the globe.

yeah...
official freerunning/parkour/misc gymnastically related thread?
maybe you should take up breakdancing
the 1 handed handstand look like you can style it up...maybe get some spin on it so you'd have a 1990
2000 would be a better starting point though because you use 2 hands and spin on them
1990 is the 1 handed one 2000 is the 2 handed one:
YouTube Video
ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.
this is not me btw. i'm still working on getting the basic handstand

i do a little of it. my favorite places are back in the woods and on playgrounds. i don't do too much flipping and handstands and stuff, mostly just jumping on and off of stuff with the occasional wall run and something that i can't really describe. one time there were these small notches in a wall and i ran like ten feet up it before i had to jump off. it was cool.
