he put that much putty to lengthen the body guys.. it doesnt look like too much to me.. maybe if it was like 1/2 inch thick or something. lol lookin good keep this project comig lol

no way, that's hella putty. Especially if bondo says so. That stuff is a pain to sand down. It should be as smooth as the body, not built up thick. I hope atleast he has a dremel, that will make it a bit easier to sand down.

ok iv sanded loads with a file. iv decided on the electronics too, i found some micro servo just like the hs 55 at my hobby shop, 6 with servo horns for £10, 3 are 9g of torque, 2 are 800g and one is 1.5kg so im gonna use my old nitro car recevier and use the 1.5kg for the crawler and a 9g for steering and i got a lightweight 6v nitro battery which fits the bed of truck perfect, just need a big gear for crawler servo and to line it all up.
