It will be a while before any other performance mods are added. I have a carb spacer but the hood would hit so I plan on cutting out under the scoop to make it functional.

Well the car is suppose to go into the shop this wednesday to get the transmission rebuilt since it gave out on me again and I took as much of it apart as I could and couldn't find the problem. But it will be getting rebuilt by a friend of mine that builds c4's and uses them in his race cars. So it will be rebuilt right and last long with a higher torque spec and since it will be apart already. I bought a B&M shift kit for them to install while in the rebuild process so it should come out pretty amazing when finished.

Well it sure has been a while since I have updated. But glad to say santa brought just what I wanted haha. A guy that my dad knows from work makes sequential taillights for mustangs but apparently only newer ones. Well somehow my dad convinced him to make a special order so I know have pretty much his prototype version. Of course there are other makers though.

Dad was suppose to help with the wiring and setup but I didn't want to wait for his off day so I did all the wiring myself. It wasn't bad took like 2 hours and all the wires are run through the interior and hidden. Other than that not much else has happened sadly. Well I was in a wreck on christmas eve thanks to the Texas snow and ice but thats another story.

I'm 18. Drive an '02 RSX. But my dad has a restored '66 GT notchback with pony interior. 370bhp blue with white racing stripes, Am. Racing Torque Thrust II polished alluminum 16" rims, exhaust, Holley carbs, high flow headers, lowered 2", etc. All in a classic hot rod look. And one more key upgrade that I suggest you look into: foot-shaped gas and trunk pedals. So cool. His is a retuned 3speed auto but it can brake traction going into 2nd gear.

Thanks it would look even better if i couldget the valve covers off. I tried a while back and had it completly unbolted and nothing in the way and I couldn't even pry the thing off. So eventually the new ones will go on when the old decide they are ready to come off.

I've never had that happen before, and I've had to screw with some messed up motors!

Did you put them on? Sounds like some one maybe didn't use a gasket or even RTV. Oil and crust isn't that strong!
