No guesses on the body?

Well, I haven't updated this 'cuz of my lazy a$$.

Added the alloy shock towers and gearboxes:

Installed the Cf chassis along with some other goodies:

Blue urethane bumper to go with the blue alloy

I had to drill the hole in the middle to fit it on the CF chassis:

Electronics installed:

Comments/suggestions are welcome.

i'm jealous. i really really like your tt01. i wish i had the money to spend on those parts. and going BL on a tt01 is really...not so great since they don't make high strength gear replacements for the TT01, so the BL will totally shred your main center gear (the big one in contact with your pinion gear)

but carbon fiber... wooo. that's definitely a big step up from the plastic tub.

HAHA! Thanks man.

Really? I know LOTS Of people going BL on their TT-01s. I'll be replacing those so I don't think it's going to be a problem.

Well, Since everybody is posting up their TT-01 updates and all. I'll join in too. I really was hoping not to reveal this before June when I will have EVERY PART I need to make this my dream drifter....

But that doesn't mean i'm gonna give everything away right now either...
Teasers.

The reason I bout a prepainted body is because I just LOVE this shade of blue. Oh and BTW, it's two tone blue which I will reveal later.

Haha. Thanks man.

This is how I got the body:

Paint backed with silver

First thing I did was cut out the wheel arches which came out perfect

Next came trimming body for ride height. I just udes some tape as a guide to cut around.

body mounted

And this is the LAST time a buy a body without predefined holes. I messed up the rear holes atleast three times!!!!

Used hotglue and some lexan to fix it...

And then I messed it up again.

Final ride height and mounting.

Can you guys see the two-tone?

Exactly how badly did I mess up the rear body holes?
See for yourself.

misc parts

That's it for now.

Suggestion/comments/criticism welcome.

shoulda got a clear body, marked/drilled the bodymounting holes, and masked the windows, tails, and headlights before painting. then your misc parts would be more useful.

my bad, i didnt notice that u bought it pre-painted, just as said above, i was gonna say the same thing once i found out if it was pre-painted or clear

or, you can get the liquid white out, pour some on top of the body posts, and line up ur wheelbase and wheels, then slowly go down, which where the white out will hit the body, and u drill right there
