All those numbers are gear ratios for the Radio Shack Stage 2 motor kit. The Stage 2 is a pretty big improvement over stock, and it goes right in, no soldering or stacking FET's or anything.

Stage 2 for Xmod Evo cars and trucks:
http://www.atomicmods.com/Products/X...it__10796.aspx

Or if you have a 1st Generation Xmod:
http://www.atomicmods.com/Products/X...or__10150.aspx

If you want more performance than those, look around here:
http://www.atomicmods.com/Categories...ar/Motors.aspx

Do note that some of those in the last link require stacked FET's and most all of them will require soldering.

Try to get pictures from farther away so they are clearer. Can't really see what it is. Maybe some seats in the bed? Looks cool-ish.

Heres an idea but its not to do with the window its for the tailgate you could buy the hinges for the doors and hoods but you could use one on the tailgate and make it open and close
