is 2X6 the limit for stacking?
i was wondering if i could stack higher than 2X6?

fine but they are not two completely different questions...
its like making a thread about the nelly and its pro's and cons, and then making a thread about the stacked nelly and its pros and cons... sometimes its just useful too have the info source in the same place. i think some have to understand, some people view these thread to awnser their question too and some of them arent the maker of the thread, so wouldnt it be useful if the info was in the same place?? either way sorry... but why didnt you awnser his question?? you would clearly know...right??

The question above says NOTHING about a stacked nelly...It asks about stacking fets, which i took to mean stacking stock fets. Here is the original question pasted for your convenience. i was wondering if i could stack higher than 2X6? I cant find the word nelly in there anywhere...If you see it let me know so that I can smash my computer with a sledgehammer...and once again, quit trying to be a mod... Finally, I didnt need to post an answer when yours was correct. (I do that alot)

Well, if you plan on running a Team Checkpoint Hara Edition 540 sized motor, I suggest a 2x10 stack or higher...

they are not that fast...if you want torque theres plenty of stuff you can do to get more than enough torque, i dont get why you would want to mess with more than 2X6 fets...

Yeah, why even attempt it. Over 2x6 is gonna strain your soldering skills to the max, and for what? Running a 540 motor that wouldn't fit in your car anyway?
