Default problem with my car

my steering isnt working at 100%. i steer then it will go back stright over and over and become twitchy. i've taken it apart and looked for bad connections, sand, and other things like that in the gears. or is it just a crappy servo? this is on a 3rd gen car and i can get pics

it sounds like the crystals, its happend to me many times, try re-inserting the crystals, if nothing changes try a different set of crystals. Last try a different remote. Most cases are remote/not servo related.

yup! looks like you'll need an adaptor for that...

or swap out the board with another evo...

Oh, yes sry i forgot about the 3rd gen part. If it were my car, i would heat up the solder on the servo wires that are connected to the board. It could just be bad solder joints. Double check to make sure solder is straying from one wire to another.
