Honda DC5 Integra Project

Ok, so for a while now i've been thinking about painting my RSX and giving it it's proper name and badges. So I planned out a color and how to make the badges and slowly worked with it. Here's my results: (I'll post better pics once I find the parts I wan't for the chasis)

Here's what I was going for (above). Here's how I worked out (below)

Thats about it for now, hope you guys enjoy, there still some work to be done on it, so once its complete I'll post more pics up.

I was thinking about getting the G35 wheels, since they're the closest to the ones in the pics. What do you guys things, should I leave them chrome or paint them white?

I love it! It looks awesome!!!!! Where'd you get the honda and type R decals etc? They look so nice. I LOVE that color!!

i say get the g35 wheels and paint them white and do the decal in the middle that would look great

Which Decal? you mean the ones on the side, low behind the door? those are there, just the lighting and the quality of the pic you really can't tell.

The honda and type-R decals I made myself, if you'd like i'll send them over, they're not too bad lol

They look great from what I can tell! I wish I had decal making capabilities...my printer's not worth a......well....you know....

oh lol, thats actually a red honda "H" painted on the rim, it'd be funny if i could get that done to the lock nut or something.

are you building a ricer or JDM car, because it looks like you are doing JDM, using all the japanese decals, so paint the rims white because chrome is for rice rockets, not a clean looking JDM style. Chrome muddies that look and I would be disappointed in you if you chose to keep the wheels chrome.

yeah thats why i called it over detailing i say paint the wheel white though would give ultimate realism

No modman, he's just about right on with it, I mean chromed wheels were a style that became popular, but cars that come from the factory that are meant to be performance beasts normally dont have chrome lol. Atleast thats how i'm seeing, plus if any of you own GT4 if you go to buy this car, i believe the wheels are white as well.

have you ever a seen true JDM car with chrome wheels? no? didnt think so, chrome wheels look like poo on a car in my opinion (with the exception of classics or muscle cars). Tuners should have painted wheels, chrome is overbearing, tacky, overdone, and completely unoriginal. Just my opinion, so dont say its the stupidest **** you ever heard, and I'm going to call that post spam due to the fact that its insulting and has nothing to do with the topic of the thread. have a nice day.
