Default January 10'-11' Build Off 1996 Volvo 850R

This should be an easy way to keep track of my project. I'm still a senior in high school, so this project may take a little longer then a year to finish. lol I came across this car on CL a little less than a month ago. A dealer in Massachusetts got it as a trade in. In the ad the dealer mentioned he was selling the car for parts due to the engine running "poorly". Upon inspection I noticed the registration had been expired for 2 years meaning the car has been sitting a long time. Also, the car was 10K miles overdue for an oil change. The noise coming from the engine was a repetitive ticking sound, putting two and two together I realized it was most likely a stuck lifter. So, I bought the car for $850. So far I've taken the old exhaust off (dealer cut the cat off the old exhaust). I have a temporary replacement exhaust waiting to go on, but the snow has been delaying me. Here are some pics of the day I brought it home.......

my wagons better cuz it has an exhaust and doesnt have a valve tick

not entering the T5m?
