You made the CF hood? Those always look sweet. I want to see some pics of the hood. Welcome to the forum, read the rules and have a good time.

Later,

Welcome to the site and enjoy your stay for however long that will be.

to answer your other question about the motor you can buy new magnets that would work well, but you might want to get get to know what you are doing alittle bit better before you jump in on that task. My recommenedation for you is to research different places you can buy the motors from and get the new motor for the best possible deal you can while making sure it is a reliable website. good luck with your xmods hobby and post anytime about anything related to xmods and your questions will be answered.

thank you

also, the stage 2 motor only has like 3000 more then the stock motor, is it worth upgrading?

Welcome to the site!

And as far as the stage 2 being worth it...it depends on how far you wanna go. You can always beef up the stage 2 motor with cheap upgrades or you can stack fets or get a V2.2 board and run a more powerful motor.

Every upgrade (other than bearings which should be your first upgrade) is going to depend on what you plan on doin with your car.

you get a little higher top speed but its really not that great of an increase. the best thing to do would be to look at some online stores and see what there is for motors. the best kind of motor for you would be something that can run on stock FETs (upgrading them is a challenge). PNRacing makes some good stock FET motors that will be significantly faster than the stage 2 motor upgrade. these sites have a pretty good variety of motors plus a lot of other cool stuff too:

Motor's aren't really turbo'd. Its your FETs that are turbo'd. Either by using an external FET upgrade (that's what we actually call the 'turbo') or by stacking your FETs on your PCB.
