10HP was a guess....im not exact on the output of the Cold air
intake yet. But as for the cost of the civic.... 20k pricetag 4k taxes 5k trade-in 3k rims&tire combo Plus+++ everything else ive got on it or installing yet... And the car comes 140HP stock (SOHC 1.8L 4CYL) |

actually.....the reason i chose the civic i did was because
the torque of DX-G, EX, LX and the Si are relatively close to each other. Only the HP on the Si is above mine by 50HP which i can easily achieve. The V-force exhaust I have on my car sounds just like the Si by what Honda tells me. another thing ill be changing to get the extra ooomph is install a RSX 6-speed as this is pretty much what honda put in the Si models. |

i dont like DOHC....ive had it bad with previous cars
taking out the valves/pistons.... ill stick to SOHC and slap Turbo & Intercooler on it then call mine a Ti (Turbo/Intercooled)./ so screw Si lmao |

Another reason I chose the DX-G:
- In order to get an Si model you had to put a deposit down to Honda before they even started to build one for you which had a 4 month wait. LamE! - I got 15" wheels with hubcaps included on the Civic which.... meant i could use the money i saved for the 18" with 40's i have now installed and still have all seasons for the winter. - Im not sure how much room is under the hood with the DOHC as it is already tight with the SOHC, but there is room for a turbo for my car. - I also included in the package when i bought this car factory Fog lights and had Limo tint as part of the trade in too all included. - This DX-G i have was the ONLY black 5-speed on the lot when i went there to buy my car. **Only difference i lost between my DX-G Vs. the LX models was a moon roof (which i hate anyhow) and cruise control. So between those to options my car isnt too far off anyhow. |

Tor get a body kit with a very areodemanic spoiler then you're car will be rockin' on the areodemanic's! The n you would pick up more speed (better and faster!) Then you get a sick muffler put (Duals) then you would be kickin' it down the street! I have seen a guy with a green cavalier he has a supercharger in it and some nos body kit spoiler and more stuff like that! He just rips it around I can't believe how fats that car is! gross colour though :$

Wing - No! Dual exhaust - NO! (I have a single exhaust already installed). |

a body kit will give you aerodynamics as long as its a Full kit
around the whole car and the vehicle is right to the ground, as the wind doesnt get so much undeneath the car lifting it. as for the wing ,this puts force on the rear of the car under high speeds.... so, yes....he is right you guys!! |
