well man...
just my opinion....you flunked , the paint is horrible... a FEW light coats, not a really heavy one as your first, and the red hood is a stupid idea...sorry but yeah

hmmmm... You need to put a light primer coat on, and then light color coats. You may be holding the can too close to the body if it is bubbling.
And I agree that the red hood will be a bit silly. Stay with the style of the cameo. It was a deluxe model back in the fifties, and had class. If you do red and black, research cameos online and see where their two tones are painted...
