I know its nearly impossible to tell, but the windshield and windows are see through tinted plastic!! One could EASILY remove the windows. They're only plastic riveted to the body.

Looks like no body kit for the GT-R. Its all one solid piece of plastic (except the windows).

Rear view mirrors can be removed, IF one decides to race.

You're almost right. There's no excess paint. Its the fine lines of trim on the mirror. However, the drivers side mirror is lacking some black paint to fully cover its area (as seen in the 1st pic).

Are those the stock bearing/axle covers on it? They are different from the last...they look better.

It looks to be thinner width wise, and height is about average.

so, lets look at the "innovations"... no more interchangeable crystals and 1 pc bodies, i guess they decided to shoot for a younger target audience. i think they forgot that what made xmods successful in the first place was the bodykit options and all the upgrades available for them.

I think it is the picture with the pixels.

But nice man. Really clean. Love the looks of it. In the second pic in the first post it looks like the chassis length/wheelbase is off a tad. It could be lowered. That is about all the negatives of this car, besides the drivers side mirror.

Why can't their by body kits? (epoxy putty)

Yeah, the body kits were nice, but its much more fun using Bondo. Trust me give it a try, You'll love it, so many possibilities, not just the super street approved bks.
