did a small video, i was missing a wheel nut so thats why it gets stuck

As colors go you always want the base coat your first color, duh. Give us an idea of how you are painting it, where the orange is going to be. Let's not screw up the paint

orange first will be better... because if you paint black at first, the orange wont be as lighty as you paint orange first...

well theonly it all depends on the paint he uses and how many coats he wants to put on it but more coats equal less body lines hmmmmm, you could try tapeing off... um ok this is hard to explain so if the fallowing dosent make sence nevermind it. ok tape the surface around indent in the door then paint it then wait for like 3 days till the paint FULLY cures then tape the black, with me so far??
then spray the orange and hope to hell you didnt miss the line up on the black against the orange, or you could spray it orange then spray the black or just do it orange then brush in the black

i see what your saying i think im going to lay the orange down first then tape around the doors, easyer than trying to get the tape in the door

just use some 600 grit, then some type of automotive rubbing compoud to make it shiny again. then go for a clearcoat.
