Could be any number of things but an upgrade to adobe flash seems the least likely.

It might be that you put it to sleep but it didn't go to sleep and ended up breaking itself or it might be that you gave yourself a virus or spyware issue.

Do you have another machine you can download to stuff to then copy to the laptop.....

well my dad is picking up some virus/spyware stuff up for me tonight, and my dads laptop is currently working. but the thing about the not going to sleep, seems a tiny bit unlikely. the extrerior light showed it went to sleep

Depending on how you have the sleep settings setup it can either just go to sleep or go to sleep and store everything that is currently open on the disk as a file if that file got messed up then you could have a problem but I would have thought a reboot would sort it.....

it appears to be web application problems.... clear your history and your cookies as well as downloaded files.. and temp files.... then you should be good to go... if the problem persists it could be software so get updates and check your drivers (firmware) have a nice day and thanks for asking Kendall Computers... for more answers to your questions and difficulties you can email me at : [email protected] or just PM me.... lol

Why dont you just use windows restore and backup to previous save point? That would reset your software to a known good configuration. You would then have a better Idea if you have a hardware issue or not.

the only reason i dont do that is because when i got my laptop back, it's memory was wiped, and i havent had a chance to backup my items.

System restore should automatically make backups without you even knowing it. See if there is a recent restore point.

The issue started right after you got it back from repair? Nevermind.
