Default would this wire work

k i bought some audio 18gauge wire from rs just wondering if it would work on my xmod

k the pic im showing below is how it looks the part thats circled is the wire sticking out. now i dont know if thats gold or copper or silver (looks gold to me though) but would electricity still be able to flow through that wire

um if it is speaker wire then do not connect it to thee motor unless you want a good light show.....

so is there a difference it would still connect electricity


theres no other 18g wire at my rs so i just thought that cuz the rs guy (of which im gunna yell at for lying to me) told me it would work cuz im running 7.2 volts.

btw im doing a lith installation and my rs guy said it would werk but im thinkin of goin to home hardware and pick up some wire there. and im not connecting it to my motor

Go to you hobby shop man get some wire there they sell super flex by the foot or at least mine does.

yea but i dont have a hobby shop near me but just wondering why cant i use theese. ( not to start a arguement just for some info lol)

it would work but the insulation on it is not intended for the heat your motor will make, it might melt and short to something.
