Default My Dodge RAM Projekt!

Hello Forum!

Last Week I have started my RAM Projekt. I got the body from my budy BlueDragons . I want to show you pictures from start to finish paintjob .

IMG_4655.jpg

IMG_4657.jpg

First I have cut the Body in tree pieces and make it 15mm longer than the F150 Body. The Chassis is now 6mm longer.
After filling and primer a get coat of Autoair Gold and a light coat of red.

On the Hood I`ve starting brushing a Tiger.

A Day later:

On Monday I painted on the Drivers Side:

A guy from the german xmods Forum has the Idea with the trees on the background:

So, I want to paint the other door and the back panel.
Hope you like it and sorry for my Bad english .

Regards,
Klaus

Thank you all .

Yes, for the background of the Tiger (not the trees) I`ve used masking tape.
The trees, hair and other lines I have use a fine brush.

Klaus

Are you working on any other projects at the same time or just this one?
Will you be doing anything to the chassis?

I do just one projekt at time, but I have much ideas for other of my cars .
The Chassis is stock, I`ve just modified the extension (cut the original F150 extension and glued another on it to make the Chassis longer). Hope you understand me a little bit .

Regards,
Klaus

Maybe you should do something darker with the bed cover, a dark sunset with the same african trees and the silhouette of a tiger.

Similar to this, but fade black around the edges, and have a tiger chilling in the tree:

Thats a nice Idea (I love that picture ), but I think when every part is painting it destroy the general view of the car.
