I think its time to invest in a set of Micro files, or a better method to sand things like the vents. Once those and some other uneven lines are cleaned up it'll look great

It looks uneven because he's using macro to show close ups. No one in person will ever be able to focus that close. I'm sure it looks perfect in real life.

I wouldn't blame it on macro, I know it skews things a bit, but it was similar with his fit, the vents are a bit uneven and i'm just saying the files will help clean it up. The macro will show you things you don't necessarily notice close up, sometimes the lighting will catch micro bumps that you don't see. This was evident in pics of his White NSX too. Sometimes you just don't see things and the macro will show it, and if you compare it to what your eyes see you'll know the differences.

I use macro too, and in these pics you clearly see it needs to be leveled out. If anything the macro helps me complete jobs with my micro files. it just shows me the uneven lines and even on angled shots i know whether its the pics or not. (A factor being how close or far away the camera is. The further away but closer zoomed the more skewed the lines than the closer you put the camera and the more zoom you try.) I'm not the expert here on it but thats my experience with my camera.

There's no doubt its near perfect, but the files will help make it perfect vs near perfect. That's all I'm suggesting.

Update: Did a lot sanding and smoothing out on the putty. Sprayed on a light cost of white primer just to see where I need to put more work into it.

I guess you didn't like my suggestions. Sanding looks better but i would've cleaned up some other areas before paint.

How's the paint in the rear? it looks a tad off, maybe it's the lighting (looks like it went from gloss to flat)?

Thanks BlueDragons! I've already applied CF decal on it, but not too sure about the sponsor decals.

I'm not sure what you mean, but I didn't clean it up before primer and paint. It's just the lighting that made the paint looks flat.

Update: She's getting closer to be finish!

Masked off for window trims.

Completed window trims, added CF decal and clear coated.

Windows installed!

Still need to do a little touch ups here and there.

I meant clean up as in the body lines, I suggested the micro files to help clean up areas sand paper or xacto knives can't shape up well. I would've touched those lines up with the files then sand paper then primered and filled cracked areas with more putty and continued till it was complete.

Lines like the front and rear lower lips/bodykit areas where they join the body, half of it is a straight line and then the other half kinda concaves around.

i didn't literally mean clean, but more of shape it up a bit better.

I think, that car do not need sponsor decals.
But you should fix the CF above the headlights and then build an intercooler!

Ah I see what you mean now, now I see where the body lines are un-even. But kinda too late to fix now. Thanks for the tips, I will keep that in mind when working on my future project.

You've read my mind! I've got the CF decal on the hood fixed, made a intercooler to hide the front clip.

I like the white rims more.

Update: Added light kit, made an intercooler to hide the front clip and it's finally finished. Now I'll let the pics speak for itself.

Thanks WC! I'm planning on making a new video of it soon. But here's an old video of it drifting when the car is still a WIP.

Dashing! It's hard to believe that you made that intercooler since it looks so good, but you can definitely pull creations like that off! The paint job, carbon fiber hood and intercooler are amazing! Great work as always!
