Didn't you blow them out on the Blazer? I've never messed with his brand aluminum seals, but the ones at Autozone for the collectors are trash, they don't seal at all. The only reason I kept them is because my collector flanges were bent up, and making a gasket sandwich with the aluminum ones providing at least one flat surface in between each flange ended up making a really good seal. Combined with copper gasket RTV stuff... 7 months down with no leaks.

The lock bolts with the C-Clips are awesome, but real trouble to get off if your headers are cramped.

*****en' looking headers for $80, where did you order from?

Well after a few months of saving up money to reach $225, well I was at $195 last week then I had to spend $25 on something else. Which put me at $170, so I had a change jar filled with nickels, dimes & quarters (been saving for over a year) me and my step dad got the jar out. Started counting everything and I had $54 in change & I only need one more $1 to finish my exhaust system (this isn't including the jar of pennies I have). So tommorrow I need to go to the bank & cash my jar(s) of change. Then time to bolt on the headers & schedule an appointment.

I have plenty of gas money that I saved up from my summer job & I have it in the bank. This money I am using is from working with my stepdad laying hardwood, carpet, etc... Also some of the money is from selling some of my xmods stuff & I got $64.27 from both the change jars. So now I have $234 (amazing I saved & earned that much from various things )

The tires are actually really good, once they get warm they have really good grip. When there cold not so much, but if I warm them up a bit (do a quick small burnout) I get lots of traction & wheel hop occasionally, so it really likes to hook up. I think they are made up of a softer compound than most tires.

5 Link that sucker, and stick some bags on it.

Well, I would do that... Would be the first thing I would have done to that truck also if it was mine.

Expensive?

Full bag kit, compressor, lines, well... everything, including switches and hardware for a 1991 Dodge Caravan, most expensive I have seen, is $2,500.00(rounded) That is a pretty cheap price...

Bag kits are getting lower every day.

Save up for it, 100% worth it and on top of things, it reduces road noise by 50%

Well more bad news, the headers I bought don't fit my truck. So now I am in the process of buying some that actually fit my truck. Then I will sell the ones I have now to make back some money.

EDIT: Bought the correct headers for my truck, hopefully they show up next week.

It says its a generic brand, but its made from polished (mirrored) T-304 stainless steel (Apparently some of the best known brands are made out of this stuff now) & the flanges are CNC machined. They cost me about $124, which is more than my last set, but these are direct bolt-ons, so no need to have a shop weld them on.

I know there not the best headers in the world, but they should suit my needs just fine.

Here are some random pictures of my truck, just messing with the new Canon (My moms) was not a cheap camera (compared to the one I use to use).

Just picked this bad boy up:

It works like a dream, my throttle response is even better than before & I can really feel the extra power that was gained from it. For $70 I got a new Spectre 14" x 3" Filter with a 14" Spectre Filter Lid.

Well I have good news and bad news.

The good news is I sold my old headers for $91 (remember I only paid $79.99 for them).

The bad news is my new headers aren't here yet (ups says its still out for delivery).

EDIT: Headers showed up & here they are (hope they fit, it said direct stock replacment):

Started with two MCS speaker boxes (gonna be my new center console).

Old console on top of it.

Were is will be going.

Before:

Cutting the speaker boxes:

Remounted the speaker plugs:

Gluing together:

Dried & nice and solid, now I just need to wrap it & mount it.

New dash speakers

New antenna
