Is it going to be a lowrider or have a more aggressive off road look?

Thanks man, the wheels base is off but it's very hard to work it with the front mount. As of now it has 2 F150 and 2 hummer center pieces for that length, not a whole lot I can do now, maybe at a later date

Thanks man, it will be a offroader for the most part. Modern as in 2000-06 or even newer?

If you can find a 1/24 kit let me know and I'll build it, only seen one newer but it was for a fire truck kit that cost like 100 for the body and rear box

Not sure on the bead locks.. but the screws make them look kind of too big.

Looks good though

Thanks man, haha, the "dirt" is actually that kiddie moon sand stuff, white and orange mixed. Really cool stuff but gets stuck to the tires after a while

bumpers, dash, and grille done

bed cover started

bed cover finished

WOW now thats 2 colors that are hard to make work...but i think you did a great job....definitely fits the color scheme of that era of truck

or is it tri color? looks like a 3rd shade of brown on the tailgate trim?

i liked the beadlocks without the screws...thats just me...maybe brown beadlocks with a black center/rim?

nice work on the cutting and mounting of the body as well...cut in half it still uses +/- 3 full clips???...that must have been one long model...maybe an original model chassis pic for comparison?...for curiosity...

looking forward to your next set of updates...and you got a sandbox in you room ...^^^...???

edit: 80's tonneau cover style is a nice touch too...good to see you doing a project again

ill take the screws out tomorrow, might remake them and make the screws smaller. do you mean a darker brown? the rims are the black saleen wheels repainted flat black

it was a big a$$ truck to start with, the kit box is about a normal box and a half. the chassis is 2 F150 and 2 hummer center parts and still needs to be a tad longer

Not a fan of brown on vehicles but I have to say I like the look on this. I think the beadlocks looks better now that they are painted brown. Screws don't stand out as much.
