honestly, I think the white stripe needs to be MUCH wider for it to look right on the black body. Right now, the flow of the car is off. It feels unbalanced.

And I was excited when I saw the word "fairlady z" in your subect. I was hoping you'd have one of these on your xmod:

True, when I hear Fairlady Z I think of the older 280 and 240z's.

I personally would paint the white stripe as wide as the hood. Like if you opened the hood, it would be white and the rest of the front would be black. That should help balance it a bit more. remember that black is a color that seems very heavy to the eye, so you'll need to exagerate your complimentary color.

Did this start off as a silver Z? because if it did, you're a moron for painting it.

Its a Fairlady Z... You're name's skyline_man, you should know about Nissan/Datsun history...

The 350Z is the Fairlady Z (Z33). The 300ZX is the Fairlady Z (Z31 and Z32). There's also the Datsun 240Z, 260Z, 280Zs. I believe they had 'X'es behind the Zs. Those are Fairlady Zs.

You don't deserve to have the name skyline_man, you don't even have basic knowledge of Nissan's history... I bet you don't even know any other Skyline other than your R34.

don't flame him. we all love each other. Yes, the fairlady z name is on a lot of the JDM z's, but it was only on a couple models here in america.

Nice job on the paint, I think the only problem with the car is that the spoiler is way to high, cut off some of the plastic at the botom of it til its lower and that should make it look much better.

Nice looking car man. Very different for a 350Z than what I've seen anywhere before. Good job.

And it should be pointed out that the xmods 350Z has a vented hood and wider fenders in stock form unlike the regular 350Zs sold in the US, so it probably is a fairlady Z.
