Default tires and liths

Alright i have two different questions but i didn't want to make two posts so here they are.

1) Is the RS tire upgrade kit worth the money? Does it really give you more traction?

2) Do liths require FET upgrades? And would you recommend the new AAA liths coming out in late March that fit in the stock battery holder?

I definitly have to agree with rods r us. The tires are definitly worth the measly what like 8 bucks. hell yeah it think you pay about 50 cents a tire on that when you pay more than $1.50 for some tires on other website. Also do you have anymore info about these AAA Lithiums. Im pretty interested. But the wierd thing is are they going tobe made in the regular 3.6-3.7 volts or are they gunna be regular AAA voltage of 1.2-1.5 hmmmm?

I don't get those batteries, are they like regular AAA batteries that are removeable, or do they stay in there all of the time?
