Default I need some help with led wiring

Hi I was looking at putting some leds in my hummer or maybe my barricade and i was wondering if there were any other ways of attaching them other than soldering because i don't have a soldering iron would the wire glue from xi work, And If this is in the wrong section I'm sorry because I did not know where to put it.

Thanks,
KCowboy620

XMS Beginner Questions is more about questions about the Forum Xmodsouce, not Xmods, MiniZs or MicroTs. All questions about Xmods should be under the Xmods section of the forum.

Moved to Xmods Electronics.

Cheers,
Kyle.

wire glue will work, be careful it doesnt run where you dont want it to though. but soldering is always the best way, and you can get some cheapo irons for 5-10 bucks at walmart

I was just at my local RadioShack and they had their dual-wattage (15watt and 30watt, able to choose which wattage at the flick of a switch) on sale for $7.99 (typically $12.99, I think). There are also a few more soldering irons your RadioShack may have for around the same price, if not less. I swear by my RadioShack 40watt iron for all of my soldering needs. It's never let me down. Plus their replacement tips are fairly inexpensive.

As always, I suggest staying as far away from a butane soldering iron and "cold-heat" soldering irons. Stick with the good ol' 120V AC iron.

Cheers,
Kyle.
