ok, for one, the engine is in the back, i'd say its not worth taking the hood off. for a rear engine car you need a roof scoop or side scoops. make them. figure it out.

that's sounds good! I have a supra with custom hood scoop and custom mesh grill installed into the front bumper, I basicly do it for the looks cuz I don't even know if it'll help when it comes to cooling my engine down, but the roof and side scoops sounds like a good idea! especialy on the nsx just cut the rear window off and do a custom scoop right in there.

The G35 body kit comes with a very small hood scoop that can be easily modified to smoothly
direct air to the rear of the car...

actually, the cars are more mid-engined, and since there is no real cockpit, removing the hood will help airflow throughout the entire car, especially if you find a better way to let it out in the rear!

you can drill holes in the rear window. or just cut it out and leave the parts u need to mmount the body on the chassis

i have taken the hood off my evo and even though the motor is in the back it keeps it cool. i have been running my car for longer time and the motor stays cooler than befor. so go with the hood and save yourself the time.
