Yeah, whenever i get them. I'm bad though, i got the bf to do the first tune up - figured i'd rather have him check it out, but he told me i'm on my own for the rest, lmao.

By the way MODEL.

I don't know where you live at, but there is a place in Pantego, its over there by Arlington. But I take my car there when it needs work when I don't have the tools and cant do it. Its called Accurate Auto Care and all they do is Honda's and Acura and only work on their 4 cylinder cars. Even if you don't take your car there, they are very helpful with questions.

Their good.

Look them up in the YellowBook or something.
I might go check it out, me and the bf with our honda and acura, lol. Is it just a mechanic place?

Oh, and ive notice SOOOOO many electrical issues with the car, i'm calling my mom's friend to see if he could come work/check it out. Hopefully he's not drunk, and does a decent job.

You could ask them...I've only taken my car there for "mechanic" type work. But they've been doing business for a long time. You could even email them, their pretty good at response and very nice. They tried buying my car off me one time. Oh yeah and they have a really nice first gen red NSX in their garage that looks like its never left their garage.

But I would hate for you to take it to them for all your work. There needs to be more DIY Honda ladies like you!

I'll check 'em out well for things that we don't have the tools for :]

So, LATER i'm going to get the front of the car, and well i guess put it on, if i have the time today. The car cant leave the house until we get inspection (tomorrow), and insurance, ughh. I'll get some pictures though!

Okayyy, a little update.
Well we've already bought the front end, just waiting for the **** insurance papers so i can drive it to boyfriends house to put it on. He has all the crap over there AND the tools. I did tell him to let me do most of everything though, hehe :3

The side mirrors I talked about. Theyre not that great but they'll do for now. Was all we could find quickly for a $20.

So many things going on in this picture. I popped in the door panel, because i got tired of hearing the window button dangling down and hitting the door. I need a few more screws and to insert the speakers, but we're going to let a dude look at the wiring first. LOL and check out the temporary horn - not my idea.

Theres the hood (not in my possession). I'm feeling that blue though, might change my mind about the gunmetal. The "scratched" looking parts are just light hitting it. It's actually in really good condition. The rest of the front end is in a shed for lack of a better place to put it.

Well thats basically all for now. I've been getting a little bit of money. It's almost my birthday, heh, maybe i'll get more.

That blue IS sexy. Like ****. With the bronze Rota's, yummy...
Check out www.nwp4life.com some clean cars over there.
Love the fake spoon mirrors, I thought about getting a set for myself, but in black, not fake CF...
Atleast you have a horn, mine went out last week...

Looks GREAT so far, this is a build to watch.

Does it have power windows?

I'm guessing it does. I would just convert to manual windows. So in the future you don't have to worry about a pain in the butt window motor going bad.

Your E.C.U is showing...

I think it would be cool if you got you some RSX seats in there and gutted the rest of the car of its interior. and maybe give it some of that stuff you see in the bed of trucks, like the spray on bedliners. I have seen it done before, but it would be bringing back the weight again. Maybe not as much though.

That car would be excellent for some AutoXing!

Im jealous...

Another little update. :3
For my birthday we went to the junkyard, haha. I got soooooo lucky though!
We were searching for some bolts for the bf's sister's boyfriend and i happened to erm stumble upon a hatch. Found me my left side tail light - i mentioned one of them was a orange/amber color while the right one was red. Basically it couldnt be in better condition and i feel i got sooooo lucky.

Lol the boyfriends friend hopped up there and got them for me. It was ontop of another car. Ermm, kinda scary.

Ill probably have pics up tomorrow comparing them. :]

My friend from my car club has tons of parts laying around his backyard. He has alot of parts for SOHC motors, so if you need anything in particular send me pm or something and I can see if he's got it.

Default Parts

M0DEL..

CertiFit Auto Body Parts
8207 North Loop East 610, Suite 100
Houston, TX 77029-1203
http://www.certifit.com

If you live around the "Houston Area", they sell clone "OEM" parts. You'll be surprise a lot of Dealership will buy a lot of parts from these guys and sale them at OEM price.

Noturday, CivicGuy, Atomicmods and I all live down in Houston. It's only a 2 hour drive if you do 80 the whole way down hwy 45.

But that company is actually very good, apparently put out some real quality stuff. They've made a few rounds on my 67-72chevytrucks forum and the guys who have bought from them were all pleased, near OE quality, not the Chinese catalogue crap

There is an import shop in Denton with an ebay store, Jhot imports Denton. Don't know if they have a store front, or what part of Dallas you are in, but it would probably be closer.

I live in Carrollton, so if its directly in Denton it'd be a little drive. :X

BUT today we took apart the car to put on the front end. That did'nt go so well...
We found out the car had been crashed - this is other than the many screws and clips im missing. The car being crashed left a HUGE gap (looked like a wide body LOL) on the fender. Just things wouldnt align on the left side. (Right in picture, duh. )
So were going to let our buddy who works with car erm bodies come check it out. If he can't do it i'm debating on selling for one in better condition.

Some decisions so hopefully it all works out.

Just a reminder when you goto buy a car, check the vin and look at the frame. A cheap car is cheap for a reason.

Goodluck with it. But if the unibody is twisted, sell it. Twisted unibody cars are hard to fix, expensive to fix, and are unsafe after the twist. This isn't the days of body on frame toughness.
