Double post....

Well I tried to get a shot with an HID on one side & halogen on the other & that didn't work. lol

So I had to take a pic with the driving lights on & the HID's on.

Before:

After the wiring was done (I mounted the ballast on the fender on the drivers side & to the radiator suppost on the passengers side):

Just the HID's (they are so white/blue that you can't really tell there on in the pic, but they are very bright even in broad daylight).

I will try to get a night pic tonight.

Well I called ddm tuning today & got everything worked out & they are supposed to be sending me two brand new replacement bulbs for free (don't have to ship the old ones back).

Well i tinted my stock taillights. Did it myself & it cost me $20. two coats of vht nightshade & 5 coats of krylon gloss clear, turned out a bit darker than I was wanting them too. They aren't 100% perfect but it saved me some money by doing it myself.

The light still shows through pretty well, but the light output sucked before I tinted them anyways, I may put some leds in.

Also ignore the dirty truck.

Some pics:

here are some night pics:
Here they are with just the regular parking lights on. You may be wondering why I have two bulbs lit per side (well my brake lights are not on) I did a 03+ taillight mod on my truck this morning so when just my parking lights are on I have four bulbs lit up instead of just two.

I still have the brake light ability, gets much brighter.

Just the light all by itself.

I got my front lights installed, everything that was left just showed up today.

New Headlights, bumper lights & side marker lights (taillights are stock, just tinted.)

Here are some day shots with the lights off. I plan on painting the silver trim around the parking lights black, it will just look better.

Thanks & yea I know its a pretty common problem with aftermarket corner lenses on these years of trucks, don't know why but they are.

Here is a new vid I made of my truck, not much different than the last one, but the sound quality is a bit better.
