Droid Phones, anyone?

Just wondering if anyone here has an Android phone.
If so, go ahead and post up!

I have the LG Ally, rooted with a custom Velocity 0.4 ROM.
I have a Windows 7 Phone style theme, running on LauncherPro Plus.

Would like one but I'm to cheap to pay for my own and my company pays for mine so stuck with a BlackBerry.

That theme is pretty awesome... Didn't realize they could have custom roms loaded onto them.

I hate my Ally. Just thought I would let you guys know. It constantly restarts, goes into kernel panic, force closes apps, drops calls, everything that could go wrong, does go wrong.

I plan on replacing it soon, either with a Droid 2, Droid X, or I might just wait it out and get the Thunderbolt when it's available.

Samsung Captivate.

Rooted, installed leaked Froyo JI6, Voodoo lagfix kernel, LauncherPro Plus (great home screen launcher btw!), and underclocked via SetCPU to give me an extra day of battery life.

I really need to find a custom ROM that doesn't suck all the juice out of my battery -- stock ROM is a little bit limiting now that I've played with the phone for half a year.

HTC desire, nothing special but a whole lot better than my old nokia 5800

Well I had the g1 with tmo then got a vibrant but the vibrant went out on me with in a week so I got the iphone. I did like my vibrant tho the screen was really bright but my iphones screen is higher quality.

Got my phone more or less finalized on the Cognition 3.04 ROM now, very quick and battery life is decent.



Rockin' the full Nexus S clone theme if I want too, looks very cool but that live wallpaper sucks a lot of juice.



I'm not that into benchmarking my phone but after the Cognition went in, EXT4 lagfixes and misc. tweaks I was curious. I'm getting some very satisfactory scores on Quadrant.



I don't even need all that performance though, which means I'll be underclocking it to save some battery life.

Minimalistic and uncluttered. Just the way I like it.
