AM vs FM?

Hey iw as looking for a new board to put into the EVO. I couldnt seem to find any 02m i waver boards that were FM, however i did find some firelap ones but they are AM. What is the difference between the AM and FM frequencies ?

I know the 01board has weaker fets so you dont have to tell me that and you also dont have to tell me to go out and get a mini-z board either i am on a budget (even though it would be nice) ...

FM is a little faster and less glitches.I would not go with a iwaver board.You can fine some nice used Mini z boards for a good deal

Keep in mind Mini-Z MR-01 boards lack a brake function

Here is the rundown on the Mini-Z boards that you might already know.

MR-01 and MR-015 come with 3004 FETs
MR-02 Depends on production date (either 3004 or 3010)
MA-010 comes with 3010

well if all else fails i just might go with a radline pcb, because the whole truck is less than the mini z board. I dont want to use a mini z pcb either because it has no servo i need one that has a servo not a servo motor, i know i could re-wire a servo but i would rather have it be more convenient to plug one in

the main reason people use FM is because the range is upto 4x that of AM

wasnt meant for the reason people buy it.. just a small list comparing them.. but that would be a MAJOR pro lol
