The gear on the servo looks like its crooked...
You may want to check that before it screws something up.

if the gear didnt keep coming off the main gear it would have made it up all the way in the second vid.

no the screw got screw in too far and know when I try to unscrew it, it keeps turning and wont come out. So I just superglued it on.

How to remove Superglue:
1. Cover the servo in a plastic bag.
2. Zip tie or rubber band the bag to the servo without the gear.
3. Place the waterproofed servo into water(make sure it is perfectly[or almost perfectly] waterproof.)
4. Wait 10-50 minutes depending on how much glue you used.
5. Remove the servo from the water and try to get the gear off.
