370 Sized motor in a gen1?

Well i searched for a whle with no luck.i was wondering what i would have to upgrade on my gen 1 to make a 370 motor mork.would i have to get a better board or upgrade the fets?

it's more of a mechanical space issue. it wouldn't really fit because it'd block the driveshaft

well i already have that figured out.i just need to know if i would have to get a better board or not

as a rule it sould run on stock fets

unless its a hot motor but most 370/380 motors are high wind

Are you trying to be different or go ridicously fast? There is a limit to the motor size increase yielding any speed increase.

This seems to me like it would be equivalent to shoving a supercharged 572 into an old Mini Cooper. Not worth it.
