Welcome to the forums Dan... I'm fairly new myself but as of last night I've already plunked ***adding it up on scratch paper*** YIKES $175 into my little truck!!!!!

HOLY SMOKES... I didn't realize I've already dropped $175 into this thing... and thats not including the $20 I spent on rechargable AAA batts and a charger. WOWZA...

Its super addicting...

BUT TOTALLY FUN!!!

Hey! Thanks for the response, you have made me feel very welcome! I got my Xmod from a place in Ashford called "Bybrook Barn" which is a gardening centre with a Radio Control and Petrol Cars, Helicopters, Planes, Boats you name it. My Scooby is Blue but im planning to spray bits of it black. I havent got any parts yet apart from the stock but I have ordered so much stuff from Ebay which should start arriving soon!

Better, they basically make your wheels spin faster by eliminating a lot of friction from your axles. Your next step would probably be installing a stage 2 motor for more power and speed.
