Can some one tell me what controller will work with a mr-01? Is it a Perfex KT-5? Thanks in advance!

I have a few KT-5 controllers, PM me. Also any 27mhz controllers will work.

well, i was goofing around and put matching crystals in my mini z and my xmod controller and it didn't work so I didn't know if it was specifically a controller for the mini z 01

the xmods and miniz run on different a whole different band xmod crystals wont work ever in a miniz

The crystals will work, not the controller though.

u sure cause ive tried them before and it wont work in mine but then again you have a 2.4

2.4 doesn't use crystals, but it should work I've tried it before.
