I like the looks of this so far, definitely go with the army PJ. The chassis is promising as well.

That is a cool color my brother would want this when your done!! he is army obsessive, goin' all the way out to Iola again in a few weeks to go to an army reanactment, this year Vietnam last year was WWII. I was kind of disapointed with it last year but maybe that I'm not into that stuff.

Sorry, but actually my brothers not into xmods but what I meant was if he was he would want it, sorry for not making that clearer. What I need to do is take a brake from making these bodies and quit buying more and more stuff for these things I have other things I need to be buying I'm just addicted to these lil cars LOL!! Prolly broke $1,000 long time ago, got $3-400 more worth of xmod stuff to buy yet from cousin but thats when I get some $$$$. I probly would buy it from you but I just don't need to (gas $$$, truck).

only thing that is stopping me from finishing the chassis is the bored. i dont know where to put it. some options



would a gen 1 bored work better with the little room i have? could i fit a gen 1 bored behind the roll bar of this truck?

W W this thing is looking Great Thats Sweet how your doing that interior and I think it the bored looks good behind the rollcage would be easier to closer. As for steering wheels I would go with the one thats brown or the one above it. Were you thinking about putting the bored on the roof? Cuz if so I guess it would depend on if you want a bed in it so you could put stuff in it or if you want to open the doors and see the bored. I'm guessing the gen1 bored is smaller cuz the chassis width is as wide as evo cuz of battry packs.

thanks, the stock wheel is the brown one, i think thats that im goin with. i want to put the bored like leaned up against the back of the roll bar, but its too tall. i have never seen the gen 1 bored so can some one help with a pic?

I would put the board on the top, the batteries would be better over the wheels.

putting the bored on the top would make the most since but i dont know

i think the battery's i will be using are kinda like how CUSTOM had his jeep set up to run

well both to the grill, then add rust to places like the running boards, and random places arounf the body like around the edges of doors, and the hood, then add dirt to places where it makes sense, like behind the wheels, and the bottom of the body so t looks like it has bottomed out before.

yeah. but maybe put a bullet holes or two in it. is it going to be an ambulance? if it is put some explosion residue/dried dirt in a semicircle with bursts so it looks like it took a grenade.

i might add one or 2 holes but i dont know. it will not be an ambulance. i want to keep it kinda simple, all the blow up marks doesnt help keep it simple

Yea I think you need a few bullet holes in it to make it look like a real Army truck. Dirt and rust would look cool also, would be like the Ambulance on MASH and that Ambulance is never clean.
