Lego tires?

I just found a set of Lego tires @ Value village, pretty big ones. I've seen pics of trucks with them on but I'm just wondering what you guys who have them are doing to mount them? cutting and gluing the rims?

I did do a search for "lego's" but didnt find what I was looking for those are the exact tires I have too perfect!
