Question lithium for track car

where can i get a lithium upgrade for my new track car? i saw that xi and atomic are sold out and there is no way im buying from ebay, dont want to waste my money. so where can i get some lith's?

if you read the work service providers part of this forum, blt said he wasnt doing anymore xmod services for anyone....you can try xmodsinternational or atomicmods....or if anyone here has them, you can try and get them from them some how...

xi is out
ebay is crap
i know that the 2s and the 2s2p are in stock as well as the stilleto chassis li-ions

Are you sure you want to go with Lithium for your track car? Upgrading to 7.2V will make your servo a little more jittery than stock 4.8V and will more than likely make your car a little bit more difficult to control.

I understand the thought behind "saving weight" but I'd weigh in the effects of the higher voltages before weight. A good set of NiMH would benefit you more than Lithium would, in my opinion.

what if i do a custom steering servo? will it still be jittery?

you'd have to use hobby grade electronics dude. without it, then you're gonna jitter a ton.

ok then, what about a plain 6cell upgrade? nooby question i know but i'd like to get feedback before i go wasting money on my track car and ruin it
